Falcon Point, a timeshare property of East West Interval Sales, offers studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condominiums for rent. All of these professionally decorated condominiums feature cable television, VCRs, DVD players, telephones, wireless internet access, and a complete collection of linens, dishware, glassware, silverware and cookware. There is an elevator and underground parking. Avon's major grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. Falcon Point's furnishings, setting, and amenities, as well as our friendly and helpful staff, make Falcon Point's condominiums a very comfortable home-away-from-home.

Ideal Location
Falcon Point's convenient Avon location provides easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek Mountains. The resort borders Nottingham Park and Lake and is only one block from the Avon Recreation Center and Avon Library. All condominiums were recently renovated with charming mountain lodge décor. Falcon Point is a non smoking resort. Pets are not allowed.
