Beaver Creek ski area is located 3 miles up the hill from the Town of Avon. In the winter the Town of Avon Skier express leaves multiple times a day around the corner from Falcon Point, taking you directly to the ski area. You can also park at the Elk lot ($13/day or free after 1pm) and take the free shuttle bus up the hill to the ski area

City market is less than a 2 miles drive from Falcon Point. The Walmart Super Center is a mile past City Market. Walgreens is also a 7-minute walk for a small selection of necessities.

Both Vail and Beaver Creek offer great options no matter what the skiing level is. Beaver Creek Resort is smaller than Vail and can be less busy at times. They also offer more grooming on their runs than Vail does.

The closest lift is located at the Westin Resort which is a 10-minute walk towards the Avon Bus Station. It does not take you to Beaver Creek Village (BCV). This lift takes you to the Landing which is the bottom of Beaver Creek. From there, you can then take another chair to get you to Bachelor Gulch, which is one place to begin your ski day.

Avon Station is a 10-minute walk from FP, and is right next to the Westin. You can also take the in-town bus from Lake Street to Avon Station, and The Seasons. We have a QR code that allow you to download the app and view the schedules and pricing (Free in the summer).

From Falcon Point, you have direct access to Nottingham Lake, right out our back door. You can access it either from the inside of the hotel that directs you to the clubhouse breeze way or you can go across our parking lot and just follow the sidewalk next to the Clubhouse. You can access the amphitheater that has events all summer long, volleyball court, seasonal paddle boating and paddle boarding. You can also fish if you have a fishing license, or simply enjoy a walk around the lake. There are two different sets of parks for children with one located right out our door.  

We do have free parking on site for ONE car per reservation. If you will have additional cars, please call our Front Desk at 970.949.4416 to inquire about additional parking options in the area and pricing.

Our Clubhouse offers our in-house guest amenities such as a sauna, outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, gas grills for cookouts, a billiard, foosball and Ping-Pong table as well. You can also relax and checkout movies from the front desk and use our entertainment center and a library that allows you to book swap

Falcon Point guests can use the Town of Avon buses to get around Avon and up to Beaver Creek. The ECO bus offers service from the Avon Station into Vail as well. There is not an airport shuttle at Falcon Point.

We offer two laundry centers with coin operated machines located on the first and fifth floors. Quarters are available at the front desk or you can use the app on your phone to pay.

There are two EV charging outlets in the parking garage for our in-house guests.

Falcon Point offers a Continental Breakfast on Saturday morning to our in-house guests at no charge.

The property is not pet friendly, only ADA compliant service animals are allowed.

We offer a small fitness room, men’s and women’s showers and a sauna.

Lockers are available to guests, check with the front desk to check out a key and locker number.

We receive delivery from UPS, FedEx and DHL directly to the property. If a package is sent to the Post Office (USPS), a slip will be placed in the box for our staff to pick up. Once you receive a notification from the Post Office, it could take them up to 72 hours to process and have the package available for pick up.
