At Falcon Point, we offer fully equipped condominiums ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom units. The studios are approximately twice as large as a standard hotel room and families can spread out in our larger condos.

Each unit includes ceiling fans, and every convenience including pool towels, soap, shampoo, and lotion along with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Select rooms have a fireplace and a balcony. All units are non-smoking. Please note that our building is not equipped with air conditioning.

STUDIO CONDOMINIUM

Twice the size of a traditional hotel room, a studio is perfect for couples. This unit includes a kitchenette including a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, two burner stove top, a toaster oven, a convection microwave, a sitting area with a desk and chair, a full bath, a queen bed, and a foam mattress sofa that pulls out to a queen bed.

ONE BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM
700 sq ft | Sleeps 4

The one-bedroom, one-bath condominiums come with a full kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and place settings to prepare meals for up to four people. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a foam mattress sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed in the living room. Some condos offer a fireplace and balcony by request but not guaranteed.

TWO BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM
1200 sq ft | Sleeps 6

The two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums come with a full kitchen furnished with all the appliances, cookware, and dining table for six. There is either a king or queen bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom offers either a queen and twin bed or two twin beds, and a foam mattress sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed in the living room.

THREE BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM
1500 sq ft | Sleeps 8

This one-of-a-kind condominium has three bedrooms and three full baths along with an open kitchen, living room, dining area, and in-unit laundry. A fireplace and balcony accent the living room. There is a king bed in both the primary and second bedroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds.
