Accommodations
At the Falcon Point, we offer fully equipped and spacious condominiums ranging from studios to one, two, and three bedrooms. The studios are approximately twice as large as a standard hotel room and families can spread out in our 1200 sq/ft two bedroom condos. Each Falcon Point condo includes every convenience – from high-speed Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, HDTV Xfinity X-1/DVD and much more.
Studio
A studio is perfect for up to two guests and comes with a kitchen, sitting area with desk and chairs, full bath, a queen bed and a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. New additions include a 42″ HD Television and an USB alarm clock.
1 Bedroom
The one bedroom, one bath condominiums come with a full kitchen furnished with all the appliances, cookware and placesettings to prepare meals for up to 4 people. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. You will find pool towels, soap, shampoo and lotion along with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board in each condominium. Select rooms have a fireplace and a balcony.
2 Bedroom
Our spacious two bedroom, two bath condominiums have a full kitchen which opens to the livingroom and dining area creating an open floorplan, perfect for gathering friends and families. Each condominium has a balcony and wood burning fireplace.
3 Bedroom
This one of a kind condominium has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths along with an open kitchen, livingroom and dining area. A fireplace and balcony accent the livingroom. A washer and dryer along with other necessities such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, soap, lotion and shampoo are provided. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedroom. Two twin beds are in the 3rd bedroom.
