Policies
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Front desk hours are 8 am to 10 pm and are subject to seasonal variation. A major credit card is required at check-in. Minimum age for check-in is 21. Any damage to the property or rule violations incurred during your stay may be charged to your credit card within 14 days of check-out.
Pets: Falcon Point does not allow pets of any kind. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed.
Parking: Limited to one complimentary parking space per reservation.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving. Full payment is charged if arriving within the next 30 days. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a deposit is not received in a timely manner, the reservation is subject to cancellation. All major credit cards accepted. Validation of a credit card is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrivals are subject to a $75 non-refundable fee. All reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
